Services

Mediation Without Attorneys.

Resync has a strong commitment to providing mediation services for individuals who are not represented by an attorney.

At Resync most mediations involving non-represented parties are done through individual communication with the mediator in mediation sessions and through the Resync online platform. Resync puts into place enhanced support in conflict resolution and communication as well as enhanced safety provisions as needed.

Joint mediation sessions are available and encouraged for people who can effectively communicate and stay focused on issues while in discussion with the other party.

Pre-Mediation Sessions.

Resync Mediation offers a pre-mediation session for people exploring conflict resolution skills that will help them through mediation, the court process, or in any high conflict situation.

Pre-mediation session is a ninety minute to two-hour session designed to provide information on the mediation process as well as to learn and practice conflict resolution skills before decisions are made.

This session is helpful for people who want learn more about the mediation process and for people looking to build skills to stay centered and communicate well within high conflict situations.

Mediation With Attorneys.

Resync provides facilitative or evaluative mediation that includes both parties and their attorneys at any stage of a family law case.

Attorneys may want to diffuse the stress of a high conflict case by referring some clients to the individual model of Resync. This will give the client the opportunity to identify their interests and practice decision making skills.
